Job Summary: This program seeks dynamic and proactive young individuals to support activities related to supplier registration, service quotation, card control, and document organization. Key Highlights: 1. Support in procurement and service contracting processes 2. Management and control of supplier registration records 3. Preparation of reports and document organization * Education – Currently enrolled in or completed high school or technical education (the Program **does not include** university students); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on advanced Excel; * Age: 17 to 21 years old, both genders; * Team spirit, dynamic attitude, proactivity, and agility in performing tasks, customer focus, as well as competence in problem identification and resolution; * Strong reading comprehension and text interpretation skills. Main Responsibilities: * Perform supplier registration approvals, updates, and reviews, maintaining qualified records in existing systems; * Conduct quotations and finalize service contracting processes, acquisition of goods and consumables, in accordance with established workflows, templates, and guidelines; * Verify and prepare purchase processes for invoicing, as required; * Organize processes according to pre\-defined criteria, and perform and maintain qualified records in existing systems; * Input data into systems to populate resources for food, meal, fuel, and maintenance cards; * Complete and monitor control spreadsheets for food, meal, fuel, and maintenance cards; * Prepare reports for area management, whenever requested; * Archiving and digitization of various documents; * Support the process of locating invoices (NFs), completing control spreadsheets, digitizing documents, and issuing Donation Agreements. #### **Interested candidates must complete the online form at** **https://forms.office.com/r/ixwj0fXgmf** **by 08/10/2025\.**
