Responsibilities * Develop and execute a creative social media content strategy (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) aligned with the brand’s identity. * Create compelling storytelling to strengthen brand positioning and foster emotional connections with the audience. * Produce and edit short-form videos for social media, leveraging viral formats and trends. * Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring content consistency and relevance. * Develop campaigns that increase lead and customer conversion. * Analyze metrics and data to optimize content and strategies. * Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, and influencers to amplify the brand’s presence. Requirements * Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role. * In-depth knowledge of digital platforms and their best practices. * Ability to handle end-to-end production—from curation to execution of photo shoots and videos. * Proficiency in video and image editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, etc.). * Creativity to produce viral content and engaging storytelling. * Strategic and analytical mindset, focused on performance and conversion. * Genuine interest in beauty, trends, and digital behavior. Preferred Qualifications * Experience managing influencers and strategic partnerships. * Background in e-commerce. * Skills in live streaming and audience interaction.
