





We are looking for a highly analytical, organized, and proactive individual to strengthen our finance team and support the evolution of our financial processes. **Responsibilities** * Perform banking routines (payments, reconciliations, direct debit processing, etc.) * Generate, calculate, and analyze invoices, adjustments, taxes, and settlements. * Prepare reports, KPIs, and financial analyses to support decision-making within the department. * Identify inconsistencies, investigate root causes, and propose solutions. * Monitor account balances, cash inflow, and financial behavior of property owners/tenants. * Issue and record invoices. * Manage procurement. * Support automation projects, process optimization initiatives, and AI implementation. * Provide internal departments with clear, contextualized financial information. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Experience in financial/administrative routines. * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (for analysis, reconciliations, reporting). * Strong communication skills. * Preferred: familiarity with real estate management systems and automation tools.
