We are a **GPTW (Great Place to Work)** certified company. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are looking for a **Scrum Master** to join our client’s team — the largest integrated healthcare network in Brazil, focused on humanized care and recognized for technical excellence. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Facilitating agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective); * Supporting the team by facilitating stakeholder relationships and minimizing external interference; * Acting as a Scrum Framework Agent; * Ensuring proper use of Scrum; * Promoting continuous improvement and collaboration; * Supporting the team’s development of agile practices; * Identifying and assisting in the removal of impediments hindering team progress; * Collaborating with the team to implement process improvements; * Supporting the use of agile metrics (e.g., velocity, lead time). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid knowledge of Agile methodology and tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps. **Additional Information** **At DC, you’ll find:** * Hybrid work model (3 days per week) \- RJ (Centro) (Monday to Thursday: 8 AM \- 6 PM; Friday: 8 AM \- 5 PM); * Contract type: PJ/hourly; * Collaborative and agile environment. * A challenging opportunity with significant professional growth potential; * GPTW-certified company; * Glassdoor rating: 4\.8 \- 97% would recommend to a friend; **Benefits included upon hiring:** * Personalized mentoring/coaching; * Ongoing Corporate Education program; * Wellhub membership; * DC KIT including a backpack.
