Job Summary: Responsible for performing specialized maintenance and operation of mobile or primary fixed network systems, including operation and maintenance of multivendor backbone transport networks and support for new solutions. Advanced troubleshooting of L2/L3 protocols and optical networks Description: * Bachelor's degree preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Science; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Experience in multivendor operation and maintenance support for telecommunications operators' transport networks; * Experience in converged environments covering fixed and mobile networks; * Experience in validating new solutions in production environments; * Experience in IP + optical solutions; * Experience in L2 and L3 protocols; * Programming language knowledge and script development skills are desirable; * Virtualization knowledge is desirable; * Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma methodologies is desirable; * Additional advantage: knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, programming, and AI, such as Power BI, Grafana, Python, Alteryx, databases, etc. Work Arrangement * Hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with on-call rotation; * Work location: Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro-RJ. Main Responsibilities * Perform operation and maintenance on multivendor backbone transport networks; * Support the deployment and engineering team for new products/services across fixed, mobile, and corporate domains; * Perform configuration programming on multivendor equipment-based networks; * Develop scripts and processes for automation (Python, Java, HTML); * Conduct advanced troubleshooting of L2/L3 protocols and optical networks; * Develop metrics for service-level analysis; * Perform trend analysis and behavior analysis based on statistical network and service data; * Interface with procurement teams to define/track RFI and RFQ, engineering teams (optical, IP, mobile, fixed, corporate), IT, Corporate Security, IT Security, and commercial departments to provide technical support for new services; * Participate in and support on-site interfaces with internal and external entities; * Plan, execute, and support scheduled activities on the backbone transport network; * Plan and execute disaster recovery; * Prepare technical reports; * Perform logical acceptance testing of transport equipment and services. 2511140202461868426
