Job Summary: We are seeking a junior professional to join the Identity & Workplace Security team, supporting the protection of employee journeys and corporate identities. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic environment with opportunities to interact with various technologies. **What We Are Looking For?** We are looking for a junior professional to join the Identity \& Workplace Security team, responsible for supporting the protection of employee journeys and the identities underpinning corporate services. **Role Mission** Support operational and evolutionary activities related to identity governance (IGA), privileged access management (PAM), antispam, endpoint security, and Zero Trust controls — ensuring security, continuity, and compliance across corporate environments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support IGA processes, including access reviews, permission analysis, and governance. * Contribute to PAM activities, such as privileged account management and tool support (Entra ID PIM / equivalents). * Operate endpoint security and workplace security tools. * Support implementation of security policies, baselines, hardening, and device compliance. **Requirements:** * Familiarity with identity management (Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, ITDR tools). * Basic knowledge of IGA and PAM concepts. * Familiarity with EDR or MDM tools. * Understanding of policies, groups, permissions, and multi-factor authentication. * Knowledge of Zero Trust concepts, conditional access, and device security posture. * Basic PowerShell or Python skills for simple automation (desirable). **Work Location:** Hybrid in Rio de Janeiro (RJ). **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic and challenging environment where professionals have opportunities to engage with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil — and why not, the world.
