




**Position: Insurance Sales Consultant – Insurance Brokerage** * Location: Rio de Janeiro (on-site – Barra da Tijuca) * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. **Compensation:** CLT * Salary range by experience level: * **Entry-level:** BRL 1,800 – BRL 2,500 (monthly) * **Experienced:** BRL 2,500 – BRL 3,000 + bonuses (monthly) * Meal allowance averaging BRL 600/month (BRL 30.00/day) + transportation allowance + dental plan + life insurance + performance bonuses. **About the Position:** We are seeking an Insurance Sales Consultant with experience in auto insurance and General Lines (property, residential, and commercial insurance). We are looking for a sales-oriented, communicative, and ambitious professional who enjoys challenges, is resilient, results-driven, and eager to grow within a solid and well-recognized brokerage firm. **Job Summary** The sales consultant holds the technical and strategic responsibility for leading negotiations and building deep client relationships. The Sales Assistant serves as the **operational backbone** that supports the sales process. Their role ensures organization, speed, and efficient support so the senior team can achieve optimal results. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prospecting and sales: Identify and prospect new clients, perform calculations and quotes for new insurance policies with major insurers; * Consultative service: Understand customer profiles and needs, offering tailored solutions; * Negotiation and closing: Present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize sales; * Portfolio management: Provide post-sale support and strengthen client relationships; * Continuous learning: Stay informed about products, market trends, and industry updates; * Ethics and transparency: Act responsibly, always placing the customer first. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in auto and property insurance; * Skills in active prospecting and negotiation; * Strong communication, organization, and goal focus; * Desire for professional growth and teamwork. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in medium or large-sized brokerages; * Background in Supplementary Health (Health Insurance); * Proficiency with multi-insurer quotation systems; * Residing near Barra da Tijuca.
