Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and conversational agents . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop Python backend services for conversational agents and AI-powered customer service solutions. * Implement and evolve microservice architectures in a hybrid cloud environment. * Integrate AI agents with corporate systems, APIs, and business services. * Model, store, and operate data in NoSQL databases. * Standardize, govern, and scale customer service agents in enterprise environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid backend development experience with Python for conversational agents. * Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Practical knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, and/or LangFlow. * Experience with microservice architecture. * Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases. * Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and conversational agents.
