Support defining clear, measurable success metrics; * Plan and conduct quantitative and qualitative research with external or internal customers to uncover motivations, needs, behaviors, and pain points across each user’s journey; * Understand business KPIs and gather data to assess product performance and identify improvement opportunities; * Identify trends and opportunities through benchmarking against competitors and adjacent players; * Collaborate on solution scoping. Use journey maps, flowcharts, opportunity maps, sketchframes, and other tangible tools to facilitate discussion; * Collaborate with Flash’s design system; * Think through system architecture and use cases using detailed flowcharts and diagrams; * Create wireframes enabling rapid validation of content, flows, and value proposition—without requiring excessive time or effort; * Build high-fidelity prototypes respecting Flash’s branding guidelines and interface standards. Break down required breakpoints, detail interactions, and produce navigable prototypes to enable realistic experience visualization; * Prepare handoffs with clear, detailed documentation—including use cases, business rules, interface behaviors, error/success feedback, tracking maps, etc.; * Analyze and interpret project outcomes, identifying improvement opportunities for the proposed solution.
