About the Role We are seeking a Financial Assistant to support administrative and financial routines, focusing on accounts payable and receivable, organization of financial records, cash flow monitoring, and support to the accounting department. Work will be conducted primarily using the NIBO system, along with AI tools for process optimization. Responsibilities - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable routines, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines; - Support bank reconciliation and maintain up-to-date financial records in the NIBO system; - Monitor cash flow and flag significant movements to the team; - Organize financial documents and assist with monthly closing; - Generate financial reports and update spreadsheets and systems; - Assist in communication with suppliers, partners, and other internal departments; - Utilize AI tools to optimize processes, organize data, and perform financial data analysis; Benefits Transportation Allowance (VT): R$ 400.00 Meal Allowance (VR): R$ 500.00 Additional Information Work Location: Avenida dos Italianos, 1355 – Coelho Neto, Rio de Janeiro (near the metro) Employment Type: CLT Compensation: R$ 2.000,00 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Culture We value a collaborative and agile environment—ideal for professionals who wish to work with autonomy, proactivity, and analytical thinking in a company that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, preferably in administrative, accounting, or related fields, or technical education in administration/accounting. Proven prior experience in operational financial routines, especially accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation. Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and analysis. Familiarity and practical experience with AI tools applied in professional settings. Knowledge of key financial reports, financial indicators, tax regimes, and tax calculations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication ability. Essential soft skills: proactivity, autonomy, adaptability, analytical thinking, ownership mindset, effective time management, and teamwork. **Preferred Qualifications** Prior experience with financial systems, especially NIBO. Experience working in service, technology, innovation, or project-based organizations funded by incentive programs. Basic knowledge of managerial accounting or financial planning.
