We seek professionals who want to grow with us and be part of this transformation in the city’s mobility. **Key responsibilities:** * Conduct exploratory and statistical analyses; interpret data and generate insights; * Build data-driven narratives; * Extract, process, and consolidate data from multiple sources (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) and write complex SQL queries; * Apply best practices in tabular and relational data modeling; * Develop Python scripts and automation routines (data processing, simple ETL, automated data collection) and support existing data pipelines and workflows; * Ensure data reliability, availability, and integrity; * Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI (best practices, DAX, Power Query); * Support business areas in interpreting and defining metrics; * Understand requirements, translate needs into analyses, and propose data-driven solutions. **Requirements:** * Experience in data analysis; * Proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, CTEs, subqueries, window functions); * Knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, tabular modeling); * Experience with Python for data analysis and processing (pandas, automation, simple ETL); * Understanding of applied statistics (averages, correlation, basic regression, segmentation); * Experience with ETL/ELT and basic dimensional modeling; * Strong communication skills to explain insights and analyses. **Nice-to-have:** * Experience with a cloud service (Azure, AWS, or GCP); * Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Elastic); * Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies; * Certifications in Power BI, SQL, or Data Analytics. **Job details:** * Commuter allowance; + Meal and food allowances (no monthly deduction); + Health and dental insurance; + Life insurance; + Birthday day off; + WellHub.
