Here, your work makes a difference—from the candidate’s first contact through warm integration into our culture. **Your responsibilities:** * Develop and update job descriptions based on company needs, outlining responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations for open positions. * Conduct high-volume recruitment and selection processes, including active candidate sourcing (hunting) across various job platforms. * Review resumes and select the most qualified candidates according to predefined criteria. * Post job advertisements on the most relevant platforms, such as employment websites tailored to each position’s profile. * Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, guiding selection stages competently and empathetically while providing constructive feedback to managers. * Manage the talent pool and keep our candidate database up to date. * Provide feedback to candidates, transparently communicating outcomes of selection processes. * Support the onboarding of new employees by sharing essential information about policies, procedures, and our organizational culture. * Monitor open positions’ progress, maintaining updated spreadsheets and recording relevant data on candidates and selection process stages. **What we expect from you:** * Solid experience in high-volume recruitment and selection, especially in the retail sector. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to support diverse analytical and reporting demands. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields. * Preferred: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to optimize the selection process. **Ready to take an important step in your professional journey?** Apply now!
