Support for continuous improvement initiatives and process transformation ###### **Niterói, RJ****The company accepts applications from candidates in Niterói and nearby cities** ###### **Senior** ###### **To be determined** ###### **CLT employment regime** **Job Details** -------------------- Main Responsibilities: * Map, model, and document business processes (AS IS and TO BE), applying best practices in BPMN and process-based management (BPM); * Design and redesign workflows and value chains, focusing on Lean principles, waste elimination, and process optimization; * Analyze KPIs and performance indicators, identifying gaps and supporting the development of action plans; * Support continuous improvement initiatives (PDCA, Kaizen) and process transformation; * Contribute to process automation initiatives (RPA, workflows, digitalization); * Support project management (planning, scheduling, risk management, and status reporting); * Structure and maintain a knowledge base (standards, procedures, process documentation); * Support departments in interpreting data, metrics, and results (data-driven mindset). **Requirements** -------------- ### **Minimum Education** Completed undergraduate degree ### **Other Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in one of the following fields: Administration, Actuarial Sciences, Economics, Engineering, or Statistics, or related disciplines; * Knowledge of process mapping and performance indicators; * Knowledge of project management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Benefits** -------------- Medical assistance Dental assistance Meal allowance Transportation allowance Food allowance
