Job Summary: The Tax Assistant will provide support for tax and accounting routines, contributing to process organization and compliance with tax obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Contribution to compliance with tax obligations **Profile** The Tax Assistant will be responsible for supporting the company's tax and accounting routines, contributing to process organization, compliance with tax obligations, and operational support to the team. **Responsibilities** Assist in preparing **trial balances and accounting statements**; Verify withheld taxes and support tax assessment; Contact clients to request and verify tax documents and information; Assist in monthly tax closings; Record receivables in the system; Handle issuance and validation of invoices; Support routines related to **tax substitution**, and control and organize XML files; Record import operations; Issue sales invoices; Prepare managerial reports to support the tax department; Assist in operational activities such as packaging and delivery of documents when necessary. **Mandatory Requirements** Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Accounting or related fields preferred); Intermediate knowledge of tax routines; Knowledge of invoice issuance and verification; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Employment Type:** CLT **Benefits** Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher: BRL 27.50 (per day) Life Insurance Health and Dental Plans Profit Sharing Program (PLR) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
