Job Summary: An R&S professional responsible for end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, supporting technical departments and strengthening employer branding. Key Highlights: 1. Full-cycle R&S involvement, from attraction to onboarding. 2. Strategic recruitment support for various technical departments. 3. Active participation in employer branding initiatives. **Job Description:** ---------------------- 1\. Execute the entire R\&S workflow, from profile alignment to hiring. 2\. Post job openings on job boards, social media, and external partnerships. 3\. Conduct candidate screenings, individual interviews, and group dynamics sessions. 4\. Administer behavioral and situational assessments per Solar's methodology. 5\. Forward approved candidates for medical exams and documentation. 6\. Actively participate in new hire onboarding. 7\. Support R\&S processes specific to technical departments (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, Operations). 8\. Monitor R\&S metrics (time-to-hire, SLA, stage conversion rate, 90-day turnover). 9\. Support employer branding initiatives and engagement activities on LinkedIn and other channels. 10\. Build relationships with universities, technical schools, and partner institutions. 11\. Use HR/IA systems for candidate management and reporting. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ 1\. Completed undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. 2\. Prior experience in recruitment and selection processes. 3\. Familiarity with behavioral interviews and screening tools. 4\. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 5\. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. **Preferred Qualifications:** -------------------------- 1\. Experience in R\&S within healthcare, home care, or high-operational-demand companies. 2\. Knowledge of People Analytics and applicant tracking systems (ATS). 3\. Experience recruiting nursing and other technical profiles. 4\.
