Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for organizing and leading the fleet, ensuring order fulfillment, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with management targets and standards. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership of drivers and fleet management. 2. Ensuring quality, safety, and environmental processes. 3. Project development and suggestions for improvements. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Organize fleet dispatch; lead the driver team; receive and release drivers; prepare and implement shift schedules; inspect vehicles; ensure customer order fulfillment; request and forward maintenance service orders; monitor radio communications; respond to incidents; develop projects; receive and analyze the Daily Operations Report; ensure achievement of objectives and targets; perform tasks in accordance with established operational controls; respond to requests and listen to drivers; suggest improvements to operations; monitor KPIs; manage the team; ensure that quality, safety, and environmental management processes are established and maintained; alert leadership or responsible parties upon identifying non-conformities; comply with Integrated Management System and Occupational Safety standards; contribute to the company’s socio-environmental performance by collaborating and actively participating in environmental and occupational safety matters. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree preferred (completed or in progress) Proficiency in Excel Experience in fleet management and large team management Driver’s License Category B Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License: B
