Manage the driver team and other fleet staff We are seeking a professional to coordinate and supervise fleet vehicle administration and deployment processes, monitor distribution procedures, provide on-yard operational support, implement new processes, receive and prepare new vehicles, control fleet vehicles, fueling, washing, trailer movement and maintenance, as well as manage and monitor fleet risk management systems, toll control, tracking and monitoring platforms. If you match the above profile and seek a professional challenge within a company recognized for its commitment to quality and excellence, please send us your updated resume. **Requirements:** **Prior experience in mechanics/maintenance.** **Driver's License Category D or E** Experience with light and heavy fleets Diesel mechanics knowledge Knowledge of highway networks Up-to-date knowledge of traffic legislation and Law No. 13.103/2015 Knowledge of less-than-truckload (LTL) cargo distribution Familiarity with trailer types and brands, including Volvo and Scania Knowledge of routes to the states of RJ/SP/MG/GO/MS/ES/SC **Preferred system knowledge:** Tracking platforms (SASCAR, OMINI LINK, ONIX SAT, AUTO TRACK) Monitoring and route optimization platforms (Way Data) Risk management systems (Golden Service) Management system Alterdata BIMER **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the driver team and other fleet staff to ensure operational efficiency; * Coordinate planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control of transportation operations; * Ensure preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance, maintaining vehicle condition and safety; * Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and increase productivity; * Manage contracts with fleet service providers; * Prepare managerial reports and present results to company leadership; * Ensure compliance with current transportation regulations and standards; * Monitor performance indicators and propose corrective actions when necessary; * Manage manual and digital driver logs; * Monitor team work schedules; * Oversee fleet monitoring; * Financial accountability; * Conduct and monitor vehicle maintenance; * Monitor and control fuel consumption; * Maintain tachograph discs; * Evaluate team performance; * Conduct periodic team training sessions; * Control fleet and logistics expenses; * Develop contingency plans and preventive actions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Technical education will be evaluated * Prior experience coordinating transportation operations and fleet management; * Proficiency in fleet management tools and performance indicator tracking; * Knowledge of traffic and transportation laws and regulations; * Leadership skills and ability to make sound decisions; * Excellent communication and negotiation skills; * Willingness to travel occasionally. * Mechanical knowledge; * Strong communication skills; * Flexibility; * Sense of urgency and prioritization; * Advanced Excel proficiency.
