Contribution to organization, agility, and service quality. **Internal Helper Job Description** Assist in picking goods according to issued orders, ensuring correct identification, counting, and movement of items within the warehouse. Directly contribute to material organization and flow, enhancing efficiency and agility in the shipping process. Perform pre-counting or volume reconciliation; Manually move pallets to facilitate forklift access; Support the Checker Assistant during product inspection and verification; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness; Identify and report any discrepancies or damages to the immediate supervisor; Support other operational activities in the sector as requested. **External Helper Job Description** Responsible for supporting drivers during delivery routes, assisting with unloading goods, verifying products, collecting duly signed invoices, collecting/delivering materials to network stores, providing courteous customer service, ensuring agile, safe, and high-quality service. Assist in loading and unloading goods onto the truck; Verify products with the customer upon delivery; Organize and secure products inside the vehicle safely; Accompany the driver during delivery routes; Assist in checking transportation documents (invoices, manifests); Ensure integrity of transported goods; Perform pickups if necessary; Provide excellent customer service at the time of delivery; Comply with company safety regulations and operational procedures. Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level)
