Develop strategies to reduce costs and increase productivity We are seeking a professional to coordinate and supervise fleet-related administrative and vehicle allocation processes, monitor distribution procedures, provide on-yard operational support, implement new processes, receive and prepare new vehicles, and manage fleet vehicles—including fueling, washing, movement, and maintenance of trailers. Monitor and control fleet risk management systems, toll collection, tracking and monitoring platforms. If you match the above profile and seek a professional challenge within a company recognized for its commitment to quality and excellence, please send us your updated resume. **Requirements:** **Prior experience in mechanics/maintenance.** **Valid Brazilian driver's license category D or E** Experience with light and heavy fleets Knowledge of Diesel mechanics Familiarity with Brazil's highway network Up-to-date knowledge of traffic legislation and Law No. 13.103/2015 Experience in less-than-truckload (LTL) cargo distribution Knowledge of trailer types and brands, including Volvo and Scania Knowledge of routes to the states of RJ, SP, MG, GO, MS, ES, and SC **Preferred system knowledge:** Tracking platforms (SASCAR, OMINI LINK, ONIX SAT, AUTO TRACK) Monitoring and route optimization platforms (Way Data) Risk management systems (Golden Service) Management systems: Alterdata BIMER **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the driver team and other fleet staff, ensuring operational efficiency; * Coordinate planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control of transportation operations; * Ensure preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance, maintaining vehicle safety and good condition; * Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and improve productivity; * Manage contracts with fleet service providers; * Prepare managerial reports and present results to company leadership; * Ensure compliance with applicable transportation laws and regulations; * Monitor performance indicators and propose corrective actions when necessary; * Manage manual and digital driver logs; * Monitor team work schedules; * Oversee fleet monitoring; * Financial accountability; * Conduct and supervise vehicle maintenance; * Monitor and control fuel consumption; * Maintain tachograph discs; * Evaluate team performance; * Conduct periodic team training; * Control fleet and logistics expenditures; * Develop contingency plans and preventive actions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Technical education will be considered * Prior experience coordinating transportation operations and fleet management; * Proficiency in fleet management tools and KPI tracking; * Knowledge of traffic and transportation laws and regulations; * Leadership skills and ability to make sound decisions; * Excellent communication and negotiation skills; * Willingness to travel occasionally. * Mechanical knowledge; * Strong communication skills; * Flexibility; * Sense of urgency and prioritization; * Advanced Excel proficiency.
