The goal is to equip students with competencies ranging from foundational computing concepts to advanced technical skills, fostering self-confidence and digital fluency. The ideal candidate should possess a patient and empathetic profile, capable of engaging across generations—from young people seeking their first job to seniors beginning their technological journey. We seek someone with exceptional teaching ability and the capacity to transform technical concepts into practical, inclusive learning experiences. ️ **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00; Saturday, 08:00–16:00. **Responsibilities** * Deliver theoretical and practical instruction on **Microsoft Office Suite** (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), **Photoshop**, **Computer Assembly and Maintenance**, **Networking**, and **Fundamentals of Digital Marketing**. * Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual student needs and learning paces, ensuring inclusive and effective instruction for all age groups (15 to 50+). * Contribute to the development and updating of lesson plans by proposing innovations and supplementary materials to make learning more dynamic. * Provide individualized support, patiently addressing questions and continuously encouraging engagement to prevent student dropout. * Monitor individual student progress, recording attendance and performance in the school’s system. * Maintain the integrity of computer lab equipment and participate in pedagogical meetings. * Maintain a courteous, ethical, and motivating attitude, serving as a professional role model for students. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid technical expertise in the topics to be taught (Software, Hardware, and Digital Marketing). * Prior experience as an instructor, teacher, or in roles requiring user training and support. * Calm, stable demeanor with excellent interpersonal communication skills. * Refined teaching methodology to simplify complex concepts for beginners. * **Preferred Qualification:** Prior experience teaching seniors or technical certifications in the field. **What We Offer:** * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws contract). * Transportation Voucher. * **Sesc:** Access to benefits and services offered by the Sesc network. * **Educational Support:** Discounts at partner universities to encourage your professional development. * **Day Off:** A paid day off on your birthday month or date—because we celebrate you! * **Wellhub (formerly Gympass):** Prioritizing health and well-being. * **Conexa:** Telemedicine health program, facilitating access to medical care. * Dynamic and welcoming work environment focused on education. ### **Selection Process Steps** To ensure the selected professional aligns with Escola Master’s culture and objectives, our selection process follows these steps: * **Resume Screening:** Initial review of profiles and prior experience. * **HR Interview:** Evaluation of cultural fit, communication skills, and availability. * **Technical Assessment / Trial Class:** A micro-teaching simulation to assess your teaching methodology, patience, and ability to simplify content for learners. * **Coordination Interview:** Alignment on teaching methodology, tools, and class routines. * **Hiring:** Formal onboarding and welcome to the new team member!
