We are seeking a motivated Regional Public Access Manager I to strengthen institutional relationships and develop access strategies for the Biomm portfolio within the public healthcare system.

**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Develop, manage, and strengthen institutional relationships with State Health Secretariats, key municipal managers, and other decision-makers within the public healthcare system.
* Identify, map, and analyze access-related opportunities, demands, and needs for the Biomm portfolio, considering the regional context of the SUS (Unified Health System).
* Serve as a strategic liaison between Biomm, state technical departments, committees, working groups, and other regional stakeholders, ensuring institutional alignment and message consistency.
* Plan, execute, and monitor regional work plans focused on access, expansion, sustainability, and continuity of therapies within the territory.
* Organize, plan, and conduct institutional meetings, technical agendas, and strategic presentations related to the company’s portfolio.
* Monitor the regional regulatory and institutional environment, anticipating risks and opportunities that may impact access to the company’s products.
* Collaborate closely with internal departments (Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and Finance) to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution of access initiatives.
* Periodically report results, progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership, contributing to Biomm’s strategic public access planning.
**Technical and Behavioral Competencies**
* In-depth knowledge of the structure, operation, and workflows of the SUS, with emphasis on the Pharmaceutical Assistance Components, as well as governance models and decision-making processes at state and municipal levels.
* Experience and understanding of access, incorporation, standardization, and financing processes for health technologies in the public sector.
* Ability to map, engage, and manage strategic relationships with public managers, technical departments, committees, councils, and other relevant stakeholders.
* Skill in leading technical discussions, presenting scientific and regulatory information, and communicating clearly, objectively, and appropriately with public sector managers and decision-makers.
* Analytical capability to assess regional scenarios, identify access opportunities and risks, and contribute to defining sustainable strategies.
* Competence in organizing agendas, prioritizing tasks, and managing the territory autonomously, ensuring efficiency and strategic coverage.
* Strong focus on execution, continuous follow-up, and consistent delivery of results, with a sense of urgency and high responsiveness.
* Ability to build trust-based relationships, influence stakeholders, and conduct institutional interactions ethically and professionally.
* Capacity to operate in complex and dynamic environments, handling change, regulatory challenges, and institutional pressures.
**Required Qualifications and Experience**
* Completed undergraduate degree. A postgraduate degree or MBA focused on the pharmaceutical industry, market access, public health, management, or related fields will be considered an advantage.
* Prior experience in public market access, institutional relations, public health policies, or related areas—preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
* **Reside in Rio de Janeiro.**
* **Willingness to travel.**
