Job Description: * Responsible for planning project, production, and product line activities across their full scope, interfacing with relevant departments to ensure delivery within the defined timeline and in accordance with company-established cost and quality requirements. Job Responsibilities * Participation in project mobilization; * Ensuring accuracy of master data entries in SAP; * Managing purchase requisitions in SAP; * Managing dates in SAP according to the production plan; * Weekly preparation of project reports, including critical path analysis; * Responsible for proposing alternative material options to Project Engineering as part of developing mitigation plans for potential delays, and responsible for coordinating the QN (Qualification Notice) process for optioning and conversion; * Managing schedules in Primavera, ensuring adherence to project milestones; * Compliance with company safety, environmental, quality, and ethics standards; * Implementation of ECNs (Engineering Change Notifications) in SAP; Location: Parque Fabril \- Pavuna. * Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Logistics; * Experience in project and materials planning or production planning is preferred; * Experience in procurement / project management is preferred; * Experience in inventory management, KPI tracking, and schedule management / updates; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with SAP, Primavera (P6\), and Power BI is desirable; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
