Minimum of 1 year of experience in activities similar to the scope of services. Active and valid registration with CREA or CAU, as applicable to your qualification. Analyze technical documents, materials, schedules, indicators, and evidence. Monitor electrical, civil, mechanical, HVAC, automation, and building installation systems, as assigned. Support management of areas, layouts, and building information systems. Support management of legal compliance and technical records. Issue technical responsibility documents when formally designated and qualified. Immediately report deviations and non-conformities to the Supervisory Authority.
