Provide information about products and services, clarify doubts, register orders, and track sales status; * Commercial proposal preparation: assist in preparing commercial proposals by gathering necessary information, preparing documents, and ensuring timely delivery. Collaborate with the sales team to create customized and competitive proposals; * Administrative support: perform essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the commercial area, such as file organization, updating customer databases, generating reports, and monitoring performance indicators; * Sales follow\-up: monitor ongoing sales, maintain contact with customers to provide updated information, schedule commercial visits, verify payment status, and ensure customer satisfaction; * Collaboration with the sales team: work closely with the sales team, providing administrative support, sharing relevant information, encouraging planned planning, and participating in team meetings.
