Participate in preparing dishes such as yakisoba. Maintain organization and cleanliness of work surfaces, utensils, and equipment. Execute proper storage of supplies, as well as portion control and fractioning, with strict adherence to weighing—essential for cost management. Possess strong reading and order interpretation skills. Support plating and finalization of dishes per the chef's instructions.
