Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for maintenance and conservation of indoor and outdoor spaces, performing cleaning, waste collection, and ensuring the organization of the condominium. Assistance in separating recyclable materials ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** The professional will directly perform maintenance tasks in the building's indoor areas, including sweeping, cleaning corridors, stairs, lobbies, elevators, trash bins, and other shared areas. They will also be responsible for proper waste collection and disposal, as well as assisting in separating recyclable materials according to the condominium's guidelines. Additionally, they may work in outdoor areas associated with the building, such as entrances, sidewalks, and access routes, and may be required to perform physically demanding tasks and occasionally work under sun or rain exposure. It is essential that the professional maintains the facilities in good condition, keeping all environments organized and in proper working order on a daily basis. We seek a committed, proactive individual with attention to detail who contributes to the smooth operation and overall appearance of the condominium. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role (general services, cleaning, or maintenance); * Availability to work various shifts according to the schedule; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and agility in performing tasks; * Preferred: basic knowledge of operating carts, cleaning machines, or sector-specific equipment. ### **JOB BENEFITS** * R$ 1.730,75 * Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$ 25.00 per day * Transportation Voucher ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract:** CLT
