Respect for diversity and affinity with social causes Job Title: General Services Assistant Field of Activity: Operational Support Number of Positions: 01 Job Responsibilities: * Clean and organize internal and external spaces of the institution. * Prepare meeting rooms, workshops, and event venues before and after use. * Prepare and serve snacks and coffee during activities. * Wash utensils used in kitchens/pantries. * Conduct minor external purchases (groceries, stationery, etc.). * Manage inventory and organize cleaning and pantry supplies. * Assist with general headquarters organization. * Requirements: * Completed elementary education. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and punctuality. * Willingness to work in a team and demonstrate proactivity. * Respect for diversity and affinity with social causes. :Working Hours:To be determined; Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week Work Location: Headquarters of the NGO Mulheres da Parada – Sacramento, São Gonçalo/RJ * Prior experience in this role (up to 6 months). * Experience working in third-sector institutions, schools, or community spaces. * Salary: Market-competitive (respecting the sector's minimum wage or proportional minimum wage based on working hours). * Workplace Benefits: Welcoming, respectful environment focused on social impact.
