Support in general services and minor preventive maintenance Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the school's general maintenance, ensuring full functionality and conservation of internal and external environments. Performs cleaning, organization, and conservation tasks across facilities, including classrooms, restrooms, hallways, courtyards, and common areas. Conducts thorough sanitization of restrooms, replenishment of supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap), and monitoring of usage conditions. Manages external area organization and cleaning, including sweeping, waste collection, garden care, and maintaining overall facility appearance. Cleans and organizes classrooms before, during, and after school hours to ensure a suitable environment for students and staff. Provides support for diverse general services, such as furniture relocation, internal event setup, and assistance to administrative and pedagogical teams. Performs minor preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, including light bulb replacement, simple adjustments, identification of structural issues, and reporting to management when necessary. Assists in managing cleaning and maintenance supplies, ensuring proper use of equipment and products. Adheres to safety, hygiene, and organizational standards, contributing to a safe, clean, and functional environment. Also collaborates with the team to maintain discipline, organization, and optimal daily conditions within the school environment.
