Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights **Job Description:** We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced BI Developer/Data Analyst to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ETL, Power BI dashboard development, advanced Excel, and familiarity with data processes. **Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or related roles.** **Hybrid Model: 1 day per week onsite in Rio de Janeiro** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Practical experience in **building dashboards, analytical reports, KPIs**, and transforming data into actionable insights; * **Power BI** – creation of interactive dashboards, DAX, Power Query, report performance optimization; * **SQL** – writing complex queries, joins, subqueries, CTEs, views, and stored procedures; * **ETL** – proficiency in data ingestion and transformation tools and processes (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Talend, etc.); * **Python** – knowledge for data manipulation and cleaning (pandas, numpy, etc.) and process automation; * **Data Modeling** – normalization, table relationships, star schema/snowflake schema, understanding of relational databases; * **Excel (advanced)** – use of advanced formulas, dashboards, macros/VBA; * **Data Analysis** – ability to explore data, formulate hypotheses, and present evidence-based insights. **Technical Skills:** * Advanced development/programming in Power BI and/or other data visualization platforms.
