Establish goals and performance indicators. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions. Develop and deliver technical and behavioral training. Manage conflicts and support decision-making. Represent the team and company in meetings, events, and third-party negotiations. **Regulation** **and Claims Handling:** Receive, analyze, and monitor event notifications and reports. Verify compliance with company policies. Prepare and review technical reports and opinions. **Technical Inspection** **and Assessment:** Conduct on-site inspections of assets involved in events. Assess damages and collect information for event analysis. Issue technical reports with clarity, accuracy, and impartiality. Record evidence, documentation, and photos during inspections. **Strategic Management:** Monitor operational performance and service deadlines. Ensure delivery quality and alignment with organizational culture. Conduct market research, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields (preferred). Experience in insurance, inspection, or claims regulation. Knowledge of legislation and regulations applicable to the insurance sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure, with organization and attention to detail. Familiarity with service and inspection tools and technologies.
