Job Summary: Responsible for internal sales, achieving goals and marketing strategies for products and services, retaining customers, and providing support. Key Highlights: 1. Support and conflict resolution Your responsibilities will include: Extensive experience in internal sales, executing goals and marketing strategies for products and services offered by the "Cartão de Todos" unit and its partners, adhering to targets set by the Sales Coordinator to achieve the unit’s commercial objectives; Responsible for contacting, visiting, demonstrating products, and evaluating customer profiles, consistently providing support for any questions or issues, presenting market-competitive proposals, focusing on new customer retention, and maintaining an active customer portfolio; Thorough knowledge of partner contract details (requirements, deadlines, clauses, signature locations), guiding customers on related queries during prospecting or rectifying non-conformities; Handling conflict situations by identifying root causes of dissatisfaction.
