Key Responsibilities: * Operate machinery according to procedures, demonstrating mastery of equipment, control items, consumption targets, and quality standards. * Conduct shift handovers, ensuring complete transfer of all technical information and incidents. * Enter data hourly into the Flow OEE system; maintain updated checklists and management boards. * Continuously monitor and inspect machine operation to prevent failures. * Arrange for or request replacement/repair of machine wear parts. * Implement corrective action plans upon identifying irregularities. * Monitor product and packaging quality based on laboratory test results. * Respond immediately to irregularities. * Prepare machinery for bottling startup per PO resources. * Perform product changeovers per schedule. * Control losses of products and raw materials. * Safeguard confidentiality of documents and policies. * Maintain the machine’s safety system in perfect working condition. * Properly use and maintain PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs) to avoid risks to health and the environment. * Perform cleaning and sanitation using appropriate chemical agents. * Inspect valves and piping (CIP). * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization. * Know measuring instruments and units of measurement. * Perform machine setup for new configurations. * Carry out minor repairs and lubrication within your responsibility. * Support your immediate supervisor during operations. * Request replenishment of raw materials and cleaning supplies. * Monitor raw material and product targets, taking action upon deviations. * Demonstrate full command of control panels. * Comply with company rules and procedures. * Comply with safety and environmental protection regulations. * Perform other related duties as directed by your supervisor. * Perform tasks under close and continuous supervision. * Execute 5S routines aimed at improving organizational climate, promoting more organized, safe, and collaborative environments. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Reside in Petrópolis, RJ, or nearby regions.
