




Job Summary: Support the Quality and Performance area by monitoring inventories, indicators, systems, and spreadsheets, with a focus on quality management and SGI. Key Highlights: 1. Support the organization, control, and updating of SGI documents 2. Assist in the development and review of procedures and work instructions 3. Participate in campaigns to promote quality culture Provide support to the Quality and Performance area and monitor activities related to Rotating and Cyclical Inventories, Process Indicators, and Basic Operational Guidelines, supporting Quality-related activities through systems and spreadsheets. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the organization, control, and updating of SGI documents and records; * Assist in the development and review of procedures, work instructions, and forms; * Support the team in analyzing and monitoring nonconformities, including tracking action plans and deadlines; * Contribute to updating records of risks and opportunities for improvement; * Support the tracking of requests and follow-ups, ensuring information updates with involved departments; * Monitor and support internal, customer, and certification body audits; * Support the organization of audit schedules and records, consolidating information and communications; * Contribute to developing support materials, presentations, and content for training and quality culture campaigns; * Support process mapping and review, consolidating information with departmental responsible parties; * Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of trainings conducted by the Quality area, under team guidance; * Participate in campaigns and initiatives aimed at promoting quality culture and SGI integration. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Production Engineering, Administration, Pharmacy, or Quality Management (from the 4th semester onward); * Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and/or 45001 standards is a plus; * Academic projects, scientific initiation, or tutoring experience related to process improvement is a plus; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Interest in working in Quality Management and Integrated Management Systems; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and willingness to learn; * Easy access to Barra da Tijuca. **Additional Information** We believe resources are precious and must be managed responsibly to ensure their sustainability.
