Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and dynamic Administration Intern to join our team, providing administrative support and the opportunity to rotate across different departments. If you are an organized, dynamic, and committed professional, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Processing vacation requests and managing deadline tracking. * Managing records and payroll entries. * Providing administrative support and assistance to employees. * Assisting with union-related processes. * Providing general support for administrative department activities, with the possibility of rotating across different departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Administration or Accounting Sciences. * Intermediate Excel skills, including PivotTables and functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, etc. * Prior experience with payroll systems is desirable. * Proactivity, organization, and strong interpersonal skills. **Additional Information** * An integrated, cheerful, and positive work environment; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance.
