Continuous development and inclusive culture The **Environmental Analyst** is tasked with ensuring effective management of the organization's environmental aspects, ensuring legal compliance and promoting sustainable practices. Responsibilities include monitoring and updating environmental indicators, controlling and reporting waste management, updating environmental management procedures and documents, tracking environmental licensing processes and inspections, and maintaining up-to-date legal requirements in management systems. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and update environmental indicators (water, energy, fuel, and waste); * Perform control and reporting of waste management in internal systems; * Update and manage environmental management procedures and documents; * Track environmental licensing processes and related pending items; * Submit and monitor environmental inspections; * Update and manage environmental legal requirements in management systems (e.g., SOGI); * Support preparation and submission of reports and indicators for management meetings; * Prepare and provide information for operational efficiency meetings and support areas; * Participate in internal SMS meetings and inter-unit alignment sessions; * Support initiatives and communications related to environmental and sustainability topics; * Contribute to continuous improvement of the company's environmental processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills (Technical Skills)** * Completed undergraduate degree (Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Chemical Engineering, Forestry Engineering, or related fields); * Experience in corporate environmental management; * Knowledge of environmental indicators; * Knowledge of environmental legislation; * Experience in waste control. * Behavioral competencies * Experience with SOGI or legal requirement management systems; * Experience with management systems (ISO 14001\); * Experience in environmental licensing; * Experience in ESG or sustainability indicator management; * Driver's license category B; * Familiarity with Enel's operational instructions. **Soft Skills (Behavioral Skills)** Focused attention, communication, discipline, organization, proactivity, resilience, responsibility, teamwork, agility, commitment, availability, and collaboration. **What we seek in every employee: Work safely, be creative, collaborative, empathetic, share knowledge, and be sustainable.** **Additional Information** **What do we offer?** To care for your health, we offer Health Insurance (extendable to legal dependents), Dental Insurance, Telemedicine, and Life Insurance; Transportation allowance or fuel allowance — you choose!
