A company manufacturing and installing commercial and industrial machinery and equipment seeks a 3D Printer Operator in Rio de Janeiro (Bonsucesso). **Responsibilities:** Operate 3D printers (FDM/resin/other technologies used by the company) from setup through part completion. Prepare and optimize files for printing (import 3D models, slice, adjust print parameters, generate G‑code). Perform calibration, bed leveling, nozzle replacement, resin changes, and other necessary hardware adjustments. Select appropriate materials (filaments, resins, powders, etc.) according to project specifications. Monitor the printing process, identifying and correcting failures (poor adhesion, clogging, warping, breakage). Perform basic finishing on printed parts (support removal, light sanding, cleaning, UV curing where applicable). Record production orders, machine runtime, material consumption, and technical incidents. Conduct preventive maintenance and cleaning of 3D printers, reporting corrective maintenance needs. Comply with safety procedures, PPE usage, and best practices for handling chemicals and equipment. Collaborate with project, engineering, and production teams, clarifying technical questions and suggesting improvements to print parameters. Previous experience as a 3D Printing Technician, 3D Printing Machine Operator, 3D Printing Specialist, or 3D Printer Programmer may indicate familiarity with some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
