The professional is also responsible for ensuring pizza quality, flavor, and presentation, as well as maintaining workplace organization, hygiene, and compliance with food safety and occupational health and safety regulations. Responsibilities and Activities Ingredient Preparation: Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and other pizza ingredients according to recipes or customized orders. Pizza Assembly: Assemble pizzas by evenly distributing toppings in accordance with the menu. Baking: Bake pizzas in the oven, precisely controlling temperature and timing to achieve perfect results. Quality Control: Ensure product quality and flavor, as well as visually appealing presentation for customers. Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workplace, strictly adhering to food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety standards. Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient stock levels and verify product expiration dates. Creativity: Develop new flavors and ingredient combinations, exercising creativity in designing original recipes.
