Maintaining quality standards and preparation speed **GRIDDLE COOK** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Operating the griddle; Assisting in burger assembly; Assisting other kitchen staff in food pre-preparation, preparation, and processing; Cleaning the griddle by removing residues with a spatula and operating the equipment by adjusting gas openings to heat the surface.
