In this challenge, you will play a crucial role in supporting, evolving, and securing the technological environment, ensuring service high availability and contributing to continuous infrastructure improvements. **In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities:** * Ensure the availability, performance, and resilience of the Datacenter infrastructure; * Administer and evolve virtualization environments, servers, and networks; * Plan, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions (on\-premises and cloud); * Analyze and resolve critical incidents, focusing on root cause; * Implement and maintain backup policies, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity solutions; * Support the definition and evolution of infrastructure architecture; * Propose continuous improvements aimed at optimizing resources and reducing costs; * Monitor environments and proactively identify risks; * Ensure implementation of information security best practices; * Define and track Datacenter operational performance indicators (KPIs). **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Solid experience in Datacenter infrastructure; * Knowledge of virtualization (VMware); * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux); * Knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, switching, and routing); * Knowledge of backup and data recovery solutions; * Experience with environment monitoring tools; * Knowledge of information security practices; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Possession of the RIOgaleão Team Member **GATE** attitudes: **G**rit and Determination, **A**utodevelopment, **T**eamwork, and **E**ntrepreneurial Mindset (Owner’s Mindset). **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Experience with Cloud environments (Azure); * Knowledge of backup tools such as Arcserve (or similar); * Experience with critical and high-availability (24x7\) environments; * Database knowledge; * Experience with CCTV networks; * Familiarity with LGPD and compliance; Technical certifications (VMware, Microsoft, Cisco, or Cloud). **Beyond this professional challenge, our opportunity includes a differentiated benefits package.
