About the Department The Planning, Control, and Projects department within the VP of Operations is built upon four core pillars: financial budgeting, people budgeting, performance indicators (KPIs), and projects—ensuring strategic initiatives deliver expected results. We are currently undergoing transformation—shifting from manual processes toward automation, digitization, and intelligent use of data. Our goal extends beyond daily indicator generation: we aim to build medium- and long-term perspectives that support leadership decision-making and prepare operations for the future. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Build, manage, and evolve KPIs and dashboards, integrating multiple data sources into actionable business insights. * Automate and digitize processes and reports, reducing manual effort while increasing scale, efficiency, and delivery reliability. * Monitor workforce capacity through precise forecasting, shift scheduling, and resource allocation aligned with demand. * Assess production capacity and measure individual/task productivity. * Plan and implement continuous improvements in internal processes using industry best practices, automation, and, where applicable, AI-based solutions. * Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings to align KPIs, projects, and action plans. * Support strategic project tracking, ensuring planned outcomes are achieved. * Prepare executive reports and presentations for senior leadership, translating technical data into clear, actionable messages. * Conduct special analyses and studies—including operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, and control of operational expenses. * Develop the annual budget and monitor monthly variances between actual and budgeted results, proposing action plans for the VP of Operations management teams. What You Need: * Experience with Power BI (or similar tools) for dashboard and KPI development. * Hands-on experience in process automation, digitization, and application of technologies/AI to data or operational efficiency. * Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. * Analytical mindset with business acumen and strategic thinking—capable of looking beyond short-term horizons. * Ability to navigate between operational execution and strategic planning, managing complex data environments and diverse requirements. * Proactivity, professional ethics, ownership mindset, and commitment to continuous learning and growth. * Capacity to take intelligent risks, propose improvements, and turn ideas into action. * Clear and concise communication skills when engaging with stakeholders. We Are Looking For Someone With: * A completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Prior experience in planning, data analytics, performance indicators, or project management roles involving extensive data handling. * Familiarity with automation, programming, and/or AI applications in process optimization and data analysis. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Knowledge of Life Insurance operations.
