Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for building, updating, and monitoring operational planning, ensuring data reliability and supporting coordination through analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in planning and control within dynamic environments 2. Focus on problem resolution and proposal of adjustments 3. Integration with various business areas Build, update, and track operational planning, considering collection calendars, volumes, and deadlines. Monitor planned vs. actual performance, identifying deviations and supporting adjustments. Organize and ensure the reliability of planning databases. Update and track business KPIs, supporting data interpretation. Prepare recurring reports to support coordination. Collaborate integrally with departments such as Product, Sales, and Operations, monitoring impacts of scenario changes. Ensure data quality used in analyses and reports (BI foundation). Requirements: Prior experience in planning, control, PCP, or analytical roles within dynamic environments. Ability to work under tight deadlines and frequent changes while maintaining organization. Comfortable working with numbers, yet understanding their impact on products and the business. Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with diverse departments. Preference for solving problems and proposing adjustments rather than merely pointing out flaws. **Preferred: experience in fashion, retail, manufacturing, or e-commerce.** Benefits: Transportation allowance (VT); Birthday leave; 5x2 rotating shift — Monday to Friday
