Contribute to legal compliance and process optimization The **Seres Group** is recruiting a professional for the position of **Fleet Analyst**, with the mission of supporting the company’s vehicle fleet administrative and operational management, ensuring efficient control of costs, maintenance, documentation, and performance indicators, thereby contributing to legal compliance, vehicle availability, and continuous optimization of fleet management processes. **Job Responsibilities:** * Control and monitoring of preventive and corrective fleet maintenance; * Analysis of operating costs (fuel, maintenance, insurance, tolls, among others); * Monitoring of fleet performance indicators; * Management of vehicle documentation, ensuring legal compliance; * Preparation of management reports and support for decision-making; * Liaison with suppliers and automotive service providers; * Support in implementing and using fleet management systems. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of fleet administrative and operational routines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Prior experience in vehicle maintenance and cost control; * Knowledge of traffic legislation and vehicle documentation. **Desired Competencies:** * Analytical and organized profile; * Ability to analyze data and performance indicators; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Commitment to deadlines and results.
