Handle documentation management and interface with suppliers and insurance companies We are seeking a professional to manage the fleet, ensuring vehicle availability, safety, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance activities, monitoring KPIs (e.g., fuel consumption), managing fleet documentation, and interfacing with suppliers. The role also involves optimizing costs and continuously improving departmental processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the vehicle fleet, ensuring availability, safety, and operational efficiency; * Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance (tractors and trailers); * Monitor fuel consumption and performance indicators via telematics; * Control tires, spare parts inventory, and operational supplies; * Manage fleet documentation (CRLV, licenses, traffic fines); * Execute procurement processes for parts and services, including quotations and supplier follow-up; * Verify and process maintenance and service invoices; * Manage insurance claims and interface with insurance companies; * Support continuous improvement of departmental processes and controls. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet control; * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for tractors and trailers. * Telematics knowledge with diesel fuel consumption analysis per vehicle. * Knowledge of tires, brands, types, and system-based movement tracking. Operational. * Fleet documentation controls: CRLV, certificates, and traffic fine management. * Knowledge and hands-on experience in procurement of parts and services. * Familiarity with TOTVS operational systems (optional). * Knowledge and handling of invoices for parts and services. * Experience handling insurance companies—claims and mechanical roadside assistance. * Knowledge and handling of product inventory. **Additional Information** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal or Food Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Gympass; * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing.
