Additionally, you will receive support from your team, management, and a designated Buddy tailored to your specific needs—ensuring a valuable learning experience! **As an intern, you will be responsible for:** * Receiving training and mentorship enabling you to complete your tasks and projects, thereby enhancing your learning and skills; * Engaging with, learning about, and gaining knowledge of your assigned area—but not limited to it; * Participating in and delivering internal projects to deliver results to customers (internal and external) and identifying business and functional improvement opportunities; * Learning the internal Operating System (including software and applications) to assist you in developing and delivering your daily projects and tasks; * Collaborating and connecting with diverse teams, interns, and departments across Baker Hughes to build broad knowledge and a global networking network; * Applying HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) principles to ensure and maintain procedures in all situations for a safer, more ethical, and healthier workplace; * Participating in and engaging with intern integration groups and other HUBs focused on volunteering, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion—enhancing your global networking and skill development. Fuel your passion: **To succeed and be considered for our internship, you must:** * Be enrolled in the 5th semester or later of Mechanical, Naval, Civil, or Production Engineering; * Have knowledge of Python, VBA, Power BI, and Microsoft Office; * Possess Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency; * Knowledge of tools such as Excel, Power BI, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Python, and related software is a plus; * Be available to intern for 2 years, 30 hours per week; * Hold legal internship eligibility in Brazil. Selection Process Timeline: Our Internship Program operates on hiring cycles, and you are applying for the **July** cycle! Therefore, the selection process will take place from **April to June/July**. After submitting your application, our recruitment team will screen resumes, and if your profile is selected, you will proceed to the Digital Interview stage. Next, interviews will be evaluated, and if you advance, you will be invited for an interview with the area’s management. Candidates approved at this stage will then receive an offer to join the Internship Program in the scheduled cycle. You will likely work on projects within a multidisciplinary team focused on Engineering & Technology, in addition to day-to-day activities. Below are some possible responsibilities—not limited to: Assisting in technical specification execution, product selection based on customer orders, understanding and analyzing customer specifications, product layout, preparing calculation memoranda, compiling project reference lists for sourcing planning, preparing technical proposals, manufacturing, internal alignment with other departments, tracking project engineering progress, and assisting in equipment project execution. **Location** Please check the job location at the time of your application, as we operate multiple offices across Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Bahia. **Work Models** We recognize that everyone is unique and that the optimal way to work and deliver your best results varies per individual.
