As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large volumes of data to deliver valuable insights that drive our operations and business strategies. Your skills in data analysis, statistics, and data interpretation will be essential to the success of our team. You will collaborate closely with contact center and insurance brokerage teams to understand specific data requirements and provide analyses that help optimize processes and improve operational efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed reports and dashboards that present key metrics and important trends. Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau is highly desirable. You must possess a deep understanding of statistics and data analysis methods, as well as strong communication skills to clearly and accessibly convey complex insights.
