Responsible for governance of position and organizational structure data, supporting job openings and releases, controlling salary-related movements, and ensuring data consistency across systems. This role interfaces with managers, Recruitment & Selection, and other HR areas, emphasizing compliance, traceability, and data quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control and update position and organizational structure information in the system, ensuring structural consistency, correct hierarchical linkage, and alignment with budget/headcount. * Support managers in job opening processes, guiding and validating data required for requisition creation. * Release jobs in the system after validation, enabling Recruitment & Selection to initiate selection processes. * Administer and maintain the Organizational Unit, including cost center linkages and change history. * Monitor and control salary-related movements and promotions, ensuring traceability and adherence to internal policies. * Draft, validate, and issue merit and promotion letters (Corporate and Commercial areas). * Manage third-party information and registrations (contracts, validity periods, and system access), ensuring data governance and information security. * Update and monitor Collective Labor Agreements, ensuring correct application and legal compliance. * Continuously monitor the integrity of databases under responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Advanced Office suite (especially Excel). * Logical reasoning, analytical mindset, and attention to detail. * Organization and discipline in managing information and deadlines. * Power BI knowledge (desirable). * Familiarity with LG system and HR routines (desirable). **Additional Information** Professionals must demonstrate responsibility for the company’s structural data, an analytical approach, confidentiality when handling sensitive information, and autonomy to execute critical routines with quality and rigor.
