Job Summary: Responsible for operating suspended platforms for high-altitude work, including painting, plastering, facade cleaning, and building maintenance, in compliance with safety regulations. Building maintenance and support for high-altitude teams Responsibilities: * Operate electric or manual suspended platforms to perform high-altitude tasks. * Carry out painting, plastering, facade cleaning, and building maintenance. * Inspect equipment safety conditions prior to use. * Adhere to occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Support the team during high-altitude activities. Requirements: * Proven experience in this role. * Knowledge of safety regulations. * Responsibility and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience on construction sites.
