Description
With business management experience since 1955, **WLM** operates strategically and integrally across the automotive, agribusiness, energy, and sustainable solutions segments, establishing itself as a solid, diversified, and continuously evolving group.
WLM's core business focus is the marketing of Scania brand products and services, including heavy and extra-heavy trucks, chassis for highway and urban buses, genuine parts sales, as well as corrective and preventive maintenance services and specialized technical assistance.
In the **Scania dealership** segment, WLM operates at over 20 locations nationwide, serving six Brazilian states through its operations: **Equipo (RJ), Itaipu (MG), Itaipu Norte (PA), Quinta Roda (SP), and Supermac (AM and RR).**
In the **agribusiness** segment, through its subsidiaries **Fartura (Southern Pará)** and **Itapura (Northern Mato Grosso, Southern Minas Gerais, and the Campinas/SP region)**, WLM engages in cattle breeding, rearing, and fattening, as well as coffee, soybean, and corn production and commercialization. With a strong commitment to sustainability, its productive activities are carried out following best practices for preserving native fauna and flora, as well as responsible water and soil management.
In 2025, WLM announced the acquisition of 60% of **CHP Brasil**, a leading company in distributed generation and energy efficiency. Through this acquisition, the group expands its strategic presence, diversifies its portfolio, and takes a significant step toward the future—reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and creating new business opportunities in the energy sector.
As part of this innovation, sustainability, and business diversification strategy, **Ekotruck** was launched—a startup created within the WLM Group with the purpose of consistently delivering the best parts and service solutions to its customers. The company extends the group’s scope by recycling trucks, offering alternative parts, remanufactured components, and maintenance contracts—with intensive use of technology. Its primary focus is reducing customers’ TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), strengthening the circular economy, and generating sustainable operational efficiency.
The strategic location of WLM’s units enables broad geographic coverage, ensuring agility, quality, and excellence in customer service.
The group’s holding company is headquartered in Rio de Janeiro and maintains a corporate branch in Contagem/MG.
