Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and versatile General Maintenance Technician to handle various infrastructure-related tasks, performing electrical, hydraulic, civil, mechanical, and general maintenance services. Preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple areas We are looking for a General Maintenance Technician with a hands-on approach, autonomy, and versatility to handle diverse infrastructure demands. Main Responsibilities **Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in the following areas:** Electrical (low voltage) Hydraulic Civil and mechanical Work on sanitary systems, installation of partitions, glass installation, and minor welding and carpentry tasks. **Act as a general mason, performing:** Ceramic and cladding installation Masonry repairs (plastering, skim coating) Complete painting of structures and fine finishes **Carry out support activities:** Excavation of trenches and masonry cutting Debris removal Cleaning of water tanks and rooftops **Perform general installations:** Fixing accessories and supports Lock replacement Furniture adjustments and repairs Assisting in scaffolding and temporary structure assembly Supporting green area maintenance when required, under supervision **Requirements:** Completion of technical training in Electrical or Electrotechnical fields, or related disciplines.
