Inclusive and diverse environment focused on professional growth The professional will be responsible for pricing assets in the portfolios of funds managed by the company, conducting credit analysis—including use of rating models; valuation and corporate finance—with validation of assumptions used in reports; market studies and definition of parameters aligned with the economic scenario; ensuring proper accounting of assets in funds according to internal policies and regulations. The primary focus of this position is credit analysis, valuation, and corporate finance, ensuring consistency and quality of information supporting decision-making. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct relevant credit risk analyses for investment funds and rating models, assessing the debtor's financial position to evaluate capacity to repay granted credits; * Analyze the economic\-financial viability of transactions, considering process-specific characteristics, using market parameters, the company's financial structure, and collateral, aiming to measure and validate financial risks associated with analyzed assets; * Provide support in analyzing and validating assumptions, based on relevant information presented in reports, through issuance of third-party documentation, aiming to mitigate risks related to assets not priced at fair value; * Update payment schedules for assets and analyze payment history of CRIs, CRAs, and debentures, following established procedures, to assess asset quality; * Price high-complexity assets, based on validation of assumptions used in reports, applied studies, and market-aligned parameters, to account for assets in the portfolios of funds managed by the company; * Monitor indicators and structures of funds similar to those managed by the company, through identification of comparable funds, to track the capital markets industry and potential impacts on the company's managed funds; * Provide technical support for team activities through guidance and follow-up, aiming to assist with departmental demands; * Provide technical and advisory support to other company departments upon request, aiming to assist with departmental demands. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Asset pricing and valuation expertise; * Knowledge of accounting principles; * Credit analysis experience; * Knowledge of the financial market and investment funds. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Finance and/or related disciplines; * CEA, CGA, or CGE certifications; * Experience with data processing and programming. **Additional Information** **Location:** Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro, RJ or Brooklin, São Paulo, SP (*100% in-person)* **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance and Food Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health and Dental Plans; * Semiannual Profit-Sharing Bonus (PLR); * Partnership Club: Exclusive discounts at gyms (Wellhub and Totalpass), pharmacies, restaurants, language courses, and much more—enjoy them to the fullest! *Oliveira Trust believes in inclusion and the promotion of diversity in all its forms.
